Winter at Ritten: The skiing area Rittner Horn (1700 - 2264 m)

The skiing area at Rittner Horn today still is a secret hint. Here you find various kinds of lifts, which go through a skiing area for families - not big, but nice and comfortable. The extension is not comparable to the other big slopes in the Dolomites, but still in working nature with a panorama that leaves you breathless. Nearly no lines at the lifts and very good value for money makes it an attractive skiing area.

Besides the alpine skiing, there are a lot of running slopes with possibilities for daytrips of almost Scandinavian loneliness. For non-skiers there are nature bob slopes, an ice ring and the possibility of skating on frozen lakes. The ice ring is very well-known and frequented by the best skaters of the world.
